What is Meditation?

Meditation is an ancient form of art that we should always practice it daily because this is an ancient form of art specially practice in Hinduism and Buddhism.  Meditation also builds up our mental condition and physical strength in our life . It is very good art because it not only maintain our physical strength but it also keep our mind calm and peace.

                                                                   It also helps us to remain focus in our goal . For example- If a person is addicted to some alcoholic drinks or some drugs effective things than he or she get totally addicted so to come out from those bad things they can also practice meditation daily in there life because if they will continue there meditation they will achieve a good sense in there life.

What is Mantra Meditation?

Mantra Meditation is an essential practice in many forms of yoga, helping to deepen inner awareness. It is a ritual and spiritual practice mainly in many Eastern religions such as Buddhism, Jainism, Hinduism and Sikhism.

Meditation  is  a  practice  where  an  individual  uses  a  technique –  such  as  mindfulness, or  focusing  their  mind on a  particular  object , particular  point  or  activity –  To  make  attention  and  awareness , we  can  achieve  a mentally  clear  and   peaceful  state.

A mantra  meditation  is  a  sacred  utterance ,  a numinous sound , a syllable, words or phonemes , or group of  words in Sanskrit  believed  by  practitioners  to  have  psychological  and  spiritual  powers.  Mantra  meditation  helps  to  induce  an  altered  state  of  consciousness.

What is Mantra?

Mantra  is  the  ancient  practice  of  repeating  a  word  or  phase  multiple times. You  may  unconsciously  work  with  mantras  on  a  daily  basis  practice.  For  example, do  you  ever  catch  yourself  saying “I  hate  my  body” or “This  is  never  going  to  work” or “I’m not  good  enough”?
